About me

I help people find their voice, move their body, and feel at home in both.

My story

Movement has always been part of my life. I played handball in Hungary for six years, and after that I kept exploring. Trying different classes, different disciplines, always looking for that feeling of being fully in your body.

Jumping fitness was the one I fell in love with. There's something about it- the energy, the joy, the way it makes you forget everything else for an hour. Before I moved to Ireland, my trainer in Hungary convinced me to complete my instructor course, and that's where I discovered Jump to the Beat and started working with her.

Pilates came later, as the slower alternative.  A completely different focus, a different pace, but equally powerful. I found them to be a beautiful balance and contrast at the same time. And the more I taught, the more naturally life coaching and mindfulness started weaving into the movement classes. It just made sense.

The coaching side of my work has its own roots. I studied Social Pedagogy in Hungary, graduating in 2017, which gave me a deep foundation in human behaviour, development and working with people through challenge and change. My Life Coaching qualification in 2018 brought that to an individual level - helping people get clear on what they want and find their own way there.

I've worked with adults with learning difficulties, with young people in residential settings, and across completely different careers in between. Every experience taught me something. But I kept coming back to the same thing: I cannot stay away from helping people discover their potential.

So here I am; blending movement, coaching and a little bit of mindfulness into something that hopefully feels less like a service and more like a conversation.
