The trampoline absorbs much of the impact that traditional cardio places on your joints, making Jumping Fitness® gentler on the knees and ankles while still giving you an incredible workout.
Expect to sweat, smile and leave feeling lighter than when you walked in.
No experience needed
Whether you're trying Jumping for the first time or you've been bouncing for years, everyone is welcome.
The choreography is easy to follow, and you're encouraged to go at your own pace.
The goal isn't perfection.
It's movement, energy and enjoying yourself.
