Workshops are one of my favourite things to do. There's something really special about a group of people coming together with an open mind and leaving with a clearer sense of direction. Each workshop combines creativity, gentle movement, mindfulness and coaching in a way that feels more like a morning for yourself than a structured class.

What is a Vision Board Workshop?
A vision board workshop is a guided creative session where you slow down, reflect on where you are, and map out where you want to go visually. Using images, words and colours, you create something you can look at every day as a reminder of what matters to you.
My workshops always weave in elements of life coaching, mindful movement and breathwork, so you don't just leave with a pretty board, you leave with clarity, a sense of calm, and a renewed connection to your own direction.
No experience needed. No pressure. Just you, your curiosity, and a couple of hours of proper time for yourself.
